I have known Rosalba (Roz) since the 1990s when she was working in the HR department of JP Morgan, and when I was setting up my company, Positiveworks, which specialised in coaching, professional development, and training programmes. During the thirty years in which I ran Positiveworks we delivered training courses and coaching programmes to a number of the senior and middle management staff within the companies for which Roz worked.
I have always found Roz professional, organised, and dedicated. But beyond this she is also an innovator, perceiving creative solutions and lateral methods that others may not have considered. As a communicator she has been able to influence and motivate employees to adopt new ways of working that raise productivity and teamwork.
Roz has managed HR departments and so is also well versed in the everyday demands of HR, including compliance, contracts, diversity, and regulations.
