I'm very excited to announce that the vision I have had for many years to create a very special space where people can come to change their lives or their businesses has come to reality. A year ago now I set up Ayuda House in Bowdon Cheshire as a luxury B&B with 4 star accreditation but also as a Sanctuary where individuals and small groups can come to examine their important issues and get help (Ayuda means help in Spanish) to move forward in a new way. So, individual retreats, team builds, away days, strategy days, health and fitness retreats, career workshops, whatever you want time and space away to do we can support or facilitate it.
