• We interviewed an SAS: Who Dares Wins interrogator!

Next week is Men’s Health Week, a part of Men’s Health Month.

I've been recording some conversations with a number of men who have interesting and powerful stories relating to this topic, including:

    ‍♂️ Darren Buttrick
A colleague of mine from Telefonica O2, Darren was given 15 minutes to say goodbye to his family whilst in intensive care with Covid-19. He went on to make a full recovery and is now providing motivation and support to others all over the world.

    ‍♂️ Paul Wood
Ex England, Great Britain and Warrington Wolves rugby league player and a good friend/client of Momentus, Paul has experienced the highs and lows of trying to reach peak performance and maintain a balance.

    ‍♂️ Ed Perryman
As the name suggests, this is my younger brother! Ed has pursued his career internationally which has meant an ongoing effort to balance everything in life personally and professionally.

    ‍♂️ Spencer Locker
SAS: Who Dares Wins interrogator and leadership performance coach, Spencer knows a thing or two about finding the balance between emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.

    ‍♂️ Brad Burton
UK's #1 Motivational Business Speaker, Brad has first hand experience of self sabotage, not giving up when a multi million pound business stops the moment a national lockdown is announced and encouraging the online world to #BeKindOrDont.

I will be sharing each of these conversations each day next week.

In addition, I will also be going live in the Momentus Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MomentusPersonalDevelopment) across most lunchtimes next week, chatting with some additional guests on the subject of Men’s Health.
