The major downfall of most 'transformations' being offered is that they take a long time to achieve a short term result, and the chances are the changes are less transformational and more of a plaster on a wound... all appears fixed but the damage still lies underneath.

Spending months or years with a private therapist or counsellor is great for their repeat business but is not focused on getting you to a point of zero reliance on the therapist and being in full control yourself.

My coaching structure focuses firstly on getting to the root cause of a problem using the revolutionary RTT method. The second phase then coaches the implementation of changes into real life.
