Our step by step guide aims to clarify the order process. Initial enquiry through to delivery, we’re here to hold your hand every step of the way.
Step 1 - Choosing Your Vehicle
Choosing the right vehicle is easier than it sounds. We can provide business and personal contract hire quotations for any make and model available in the UK along with any additional accessories. Struggling to decide? We’ll help you choose a car within budget with a specification tailored to your requirements.Spotted something on our website you’re interested in? Fill out the “request a call back” form (found underneath the car specification) and our knowledgeable friendly staff members will call you straight back to discuss your requirements and begin the order process.
Step 2 - Applying for Finance
The finance application process takes approximately 5 minutes to complete on our website. Finance decisions are often made same day or within 24 hours.
Step 3 - Placing Your Order
Once your finance application has been approved, we’ll email or post documents to you confirming vehicle specification and rental details. These documents will need signing and returning to us. The documentation fee will also be due which can be paid online.
Step 4 - Ordering Your Vehicle
We’ll order your vehicle from an approved and trusted main dealer. All vehicles are covered by full manufacturer’s warranty and undergo rigorous pre-delivery inspections.
Step 5 - Sign Documentation
Your contractual agreement and direct debit form will need to be read, signed and returned to us. We’ll then provide you with build and delivery dates as soon as they become available.
Step 6 - Delivery
Delivery is free can be made to any address in mainland UK. There will be a professional handover by the delivery driver in order to familiarise you with your new vehicle.
