Attitude is a choice

Attitude is a choice

As I help people with their careers I am repeatedly struck by the fact that while some people appear to be naturally negative others seem naturally positive.

Is that just the way it is or do we have a choice? I firmly believe it's a choice.

The choices people make may of course be swayed by their current situation, but the choices shouldn't be dictated by that situation.

"If someone gives you a block of granite and a stone mason’s chisel, it's entirely up to you whether you carve stumbling blocks or stepping stones out of it!" It's your choice; don't let your circumstances or your situation make the choice for you.
