Step One:
List what has actually changed for your customers, your staff, your suppliers and other stakeholders. If you don’t know, get in touch and ask them.
Step Two:
For each of the changes, identify how it affects your business offer
Step three:
Identify those that will lead additional customer value or revenue and prioritise those changes that you can make simply and cheaply.
Sounds simple, but is both calming and actionable.
