In an ideal world debts would be settled on time and promises would be kept. Of course we all know we dont live in an ideal world.
The ramifications of late payment or worse non payment can be devastating.
You have your bills and your suppliers to pay.
You dont want to fall out of favour with your suppliers, especially if you want to remain competitive and capable of responding quickly to opportunities as they arise.
So what do you do? Chase your invoices with enthusiasm (takes time great if you can speak to the right person).
Offer sweetners (ie discounts for prompt payments might work but hits your profit margin).
For a fee let someone else manage the problem. Resulting in improved cashflow overnight.
