I provide a holistic approach to personal training and online coaching focusing not only on the physical performance and nutritional requirements of each indiividual, but also on factors such as state of mind, relationship with food, sleep, stress and general well-being to maximise the potential of each of my clients.

My coaching methodology combines the experience I have gained in the world of bodybuilding as a competitive bikini athlete with the realistic requirements and lifestyles of my clients. This allows me to create plans that are backed by science and tailor made to the specific goals, abilities, likes and dislikes of each client.
Following a fitness lifestyle and making my health, body and wellbeing my priotity has positively impacted my life in so many ways and now I have the honour of coaching others to do the same and to achieve their full potential.
