Our founding Director, Michelle Beaumont is a highly experienced recruitment professional who has been involved within the recruitment profession for over the past 25 years.
As members of the REC, (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) the governing body for the recruitment professionals within the UK. Ensures as a professional member their Code of Ethics and transparent recruitment practices are adhered to.
Michelle is an Honorary Fellow of the REC, which is the highest accolade of the professional membership and follows their strict code of ethics and conduct.
