Summary
I have been employed as a senior manager in a series of large public sector organisations for nearly thirty years and have reached a time in my life when I have decided to use the experiences that I have gained to develop the next phase of my professional life and the management of my own training company. Although I have worked in the training arena for the best part of fifteen years this is a very big step but a very exciting step nevertheless! I have a passion for business management and in particular the role of the individual within the organisational setting and it is this theme that my training delivery will specifically focus on. I am a firm believer that people make or break organisations and determine and support success; and if sufficient emphasis is placed on developing and supporting those key assets then success is eminently achievable.
